Private apartments for short-term rental

Apartments of Prague conveniently located in the centre of Prague in districts 1, 2, 3. They are available in one to three bedroom units suitable for two to six people. All units have kitchen facilities for preparing breakfast or simple meals, a bathroom with shower and a W.C. Heating is either gas or elektric. Included in the price are all bed linen, towels, and any incidental charges such as for heating, office commission or tourist tax. All apartments have been completely renovated and some are graced with a fantastic view of the Prague Castle.

Rooms in private homes

One or two bedrooms for rent in large private apartments where certain privacy for guests is guaranteed. All rooms offered have been thoroughly controlled by our agency to assure a high level of cleanliness and quality. Toilet facilities are usually shared with hosts. Bed linen and towels, as well as commission and tourist tax, are included in the price. Breakfast can be arranged if desired.

General conditions

1. Order
   All and every orders are accepted in a written form only. Please, in your order, state the following: your name, the date of your arrival and the date of departure, number of persons, the type of accommodation required, or other services required. We will be pleased to answer all your questions and your order will be acknowledged in writing (by fax, e-mail or by letter).
2. Price
   Prices of all required services are stated in the offer. In case of provision of special services, the price will be calculated individually. Prices for groups differ from prices for individual tourism. The price shall be acknowledged by the same post with acknowledgement of the order.
3. Payment conditions
   For individual tourism
   The payment shall be made in cash (in our office on the day of arrival). The way of payment will always be confirmed in our offer before the final acknowledgement of the order and it depends on the quantity and type of services required. We do not accept credit cards or travelling cheques.
   For groups
   Advance payment is required, namely in the form of bank transfer. All services shall be invoiced on the basis of a pro-forma invoice and you will receive the original invoice on the day of your arrival. The first part (50 % of the total amount) must be paid to our bank account not later than 45 days before your planned arrival. The other part (50 % of the total amount) must be paid to our bank account not later than 15 days before your planned arrival.
4. Cancellation terms and conditions
   As a guaranty of your reservation we require the number, the number "CVC" and expiration date of your credit card (Visa, EMC).

5. Check-in - check-out
   Reserved apartments or lodgings are at your full disposal from 2:00 p.m. On the day of your departure it is necessary to leave the apartments or lodgings not later than at 10:00 a.m.

Price list

All prices are quoted per person per night. In case of one person residing in an apartment or in a room, person will be charged double.
